In this month, the biggest European conference on transport research, the TRA, was successfully held in Warsaw. The closing of this event at the same time marked the kick-off for the next Transport Research Arena, which is to be hosted by the city of Vienna. In addition, this newsletter will offer a variety of further information being of similar variety as the current April weather in Austria, however always warm and welcoming.

Behind the curtains of the TRA 2016

The Transport Research Arena 2016 took place in Warsaw from 18th to 21st April under the motto of “Moving Forward: Innovative Solutions for Tomorrow’s Mobility”. Austria embraced the opportunity and presented the first priority topics for 2018 at the Austrian community booth. >>> more

Integrated mobility services for Austria and Europe

AustriaTech is working on a roadmap for implementation of combined mobility services with VTT (Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd.) and the Chalmers University of technology (Sweden).
