The URBAN FUTURE Global conference, Europe's biggest conference on sustainable urban development, took place in Vienna from February 28th to March 2nd 2018. Around 3,000 from 400 cities worldwide discussed the topics of mobility, urban planning, communication and resource conservation.
The Urban Mobility Labs successfully presented their bmvit funded initiative within the session „ Cities fast-track innovation with Experimental Zones”. There was also the possibility to get more into detail and discuss future collaboration with the Mobility Labs in the URBAN FUTURE EXPO and an Open Space subsequently to the session.

This year's Transport Research Arena was also advertised at the joint booth. Many topics of urban life naturally also concern the transport and mobility sector. Accordingly, we were able to attract some new interested parties with whom a lively exchange took place.
